How much do you charge for postage and packaging?

Postage and packing is free for all orders delivered with our standard UK delivery option. For orders delivered outside the UK a small shipping charge will be added.  This is calculated by the amount ordered and the delivery location.  You will be shown how much the shipping charge is before finally agreeing to proceed with your order.

Next Day Delivery

We are also pleased to offer a Next Day Delivery guarantee to our customers.  This service is provided by Royal Mail and ensures that you receive your order the following day.  This offer is only applicable to UK customers including Northern Ireland and requires a signature on delivery. When is Next Day Delivery available?

Our Next Day Delivery service is available at all times to ensure the fastest possible delivery.  Orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be sent the same day.  Orders placed later than 3pm will be sent the next working day.  We regret that the service is not available on public holidays and at weekends due to the restrictions of royal mail. What if Next Day Delivery fails?

If this service does not fulfil our guarantee simply notify us by e-mail and we will contact Royal Mail to track your parcel. Priority Delivery

Customers can also take advantage of our priority delivery option.  This will see their products sent at the next available despatch by first class post.  We despatch parcels at 12 Noon, 16.00hrs and 18.00hrs on weekdays.  The cost of this service is less than the Next Day Delivery option set out above.  This service ensures that your products are sent as soon as possible, but does not guarantee next day delivery.
